The Melting Pot Luck is a volunteer-run, non-profit community group in Galway, Ireland, that brings together refugees, asylum seekers, and locals to foster solidarity through shared food, music, and culture. Melting Pot Luck is a vibrant celebration of culture and community, where people come together to share homemade dishes from their cultural roots. Taste flavours from around the world, connect with others, and experience the rich diversity that makes Galway so special!

Alongside the opportunity to taste delicious dishes, attendees can learn about the impacts of climate change on the countries where the food and the chefs come from. The Countries represented will be Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Morocco, Jordan, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
