Free, no registration required.

The Sounds of Climate Change is an immersive audio-visual exhibition created by Engineer & Acoustician Eugene McKeown, and commissioned by Galway City Council in 2025.

The exhibition invites visitors to experience the changing Irish and global environment through sound — from melting glaciers to shifting seasons — creating an evocative soundscape that connects the scientific reality of climate change with our emotional and sensory experience of it.

Admission is free and no booking is required. Visit Galway City Museum for more information: www.galwaycitymuseum.ie
