The Climate Inspirations Festival introduces its very first Choir Singing Competition — inviting choirs from across Galway and beyond to raise their voices for the planet.
The competition is open to choirs of all sizes, ages and musical styles. Participating choirs will perform two songs inspired by climate action and environmental sustainability, with creativity and interpretation warmly encouraged. The winning choir will receive a €300 prize, with runner-up prizes also available.
Admission to watch is free, and no booking is required. Choirs wishing to participate should contact the festival team for entry details.
Choirs are now invited to register for the Choir Singing Competition. If you would like to perform, please email climate@galwaycity.ie by the close of business on Friday, 29th May with your group’s name and two song choices.
